You have entered Dr. Tiffany's waiting room. If you have a scheduled appointment, click "Enter Waiting Room" and Dr. Tiffany will be right with you. 

If you are a NEW CLIENT booking an appointment, please make sure to fill out your "New Client" paperwork and the "GEHA" form linked below. (You will not be seen without filling out both of the forms.)

1.  New Client Paperwork
2.  GEHA LifeCare Agreement Form (located in RED at the top of the page)
3. Click "Book Appointment" to the right of this page to schedule an appointment. You will be able to pay for your appointment as you book.
4. You will need to "Sign Up Now" in order to book. 
5.  We do offer FREE 15 minute phone consultations that you can book (choose "Book Appointment" to the right. Then choose the "15 min phone consultation" option). During that phone call, no solutions will be given. Dr. Tiffany will call from the office number (678.243.0421) at the time of the appointment. 

RETURNING CLIENTS:

• If you are a returning client and need to book a new appointment, please click here -> Returning Client Paperwork fill out the paperwork for the reason of your visit. You will be able to pay for your appointment when you "Book Appointment".
• If you need to schedule a Follow-Up appointment, click the "Book Appointment" link to the right of this page.  You will now be able to pay for your appointment with VSee, if you do not have a package appointment already.
